Batch, restock and preorder questions before payment
A release date, available supplier stock and a dispatch estimate are three different pieces of information.
Identify the exact product and batch
Use the listed SKU and order unit when asking for stock or current batch photographs. The board uses the dated catalog and does not imply a live stock reservation or verified preorder allocation.
Confirm reservation terms in writing
If a preorder is offered in the conversation, ask whether allocation is confirmed, what payment is required and what cancellation or delay terms apply. This page takes no deposit and does not create an order.
Keep dispatch and delivery separate
Record your preferred dispatch or arrival date as a buyer target. Ask when the offered stock could be prepared for dispatch and what separate transit estimate applies. A target date is not a confirmed schedule. Also confirm packing, freight and import responsibilities. The product reference is not a carrier quote.
