01 / QUANTITY

What can actually be supplied?

Ask for the available quantity against each exact SKU and order unit. Have any missing or partial lines identified explicitly.

Do not substitute: A generic “available” message for a confirmed SKU quantity.

02 / GOODS & BATCH

Which physical goods are being offered?

Ask for printed language, exact configuration, seals and current batch photographs. If an original carton matters, have that condition addressed.

Do not substitute: A dated catalog record for current batch evidence.

03 / COST & TIMING

What is the complete dispatch proposal?

Request current product prices, quantity terms, quote validity, packing, packed weight and dimensions, freight, import responsibilities and payment terms.

Keep a supplier dispatch estimate separate from a transit estimate and your target arrival date.

Do not substitute: A buyer target date or product reference for an agreed schedule or delivered quotation.

Before a restock is confirmed

What if only part of the list can be supplied?

Ask for the exact available and missing quantities by SKU. In your brief, state whether you prefer one shipment or will discuss split shipments and separate costs. Any alternative needs your approval.

Is the board a live release or stock calendar?

No. It uses the dated approved catalog. Ask for current stock or release evidence separately; the board does not establish allocation, preorder availability or a stock reservation.

What should I ask about a future batch?

If a future-batch offer is made, ask whether allocation is confirmed, what payment is required, and what written delay, cancellation and refund arrangements apply. This site takes no deposit.

Does an enquiry confirm an order or delivery date?

No. Review the actual written offer and its terms. Preparing or sending a sourcing brief does not itself agree an order, allocation or delivery date.
